I thought this piece in today's New York Times was perfect. Obama is not Franklin Roosevelt. The President's financial overhaul proposals reek of compromise and caving in to the banking industry.The barn door was shut months ago and the cows and horses are laughing all the way to the fields.
It seems the Obama Administration is fearing the worst thing for a "change" politician. Getting re-elected.
